We paint offices, warehouses, stores, clinics, schools and rental buildings across Ottawa while they stay in use: phased around your operations, booked for evenings or weekends when needed, and left clean every shift.

Every commercial job starts with a walkthrough
Entrances, exits and key rooms stay open
Evenings and weekends when needed
Liability coverage, WSIB cleared
Licensed, insured & trusted across Ottawa
Commercial painting is mostly a planning job. The walls are the easy part. The hard part is keeping a building open, safe and presentable while the work happens, and handing each area back on the day you were promised.
We work with business owners, property managers, landlords and general contractors. Every job starts with a site visit, and the work is phased so the parts of the building you need stay usable. You know which areas are closed, for how long, and who to call.
Put it in the form or call (613) 878-9000 so we can plan the phases around it.
Every type of building has its own hours, risks and rules. Choose yours for the details.
After-hours repaints, phased by floor, with desks and equipment protected.
Walls, ceilings, doors and floor lines, phased by zone around shipping and receiving.
Painted after close or in phases, with stock, furniture and guests protected.
Phased around patients and residents, with clearly marked work zones.
Booked for summer, breaks, PD days and evenings, with durable, washable finishes.
Quick neutral repaints between tenants and before a unit goes on the market.
We paint in the evenings and on weekends, or floor by floor where the layout allows, so your team comes back to finished, aired-out rooms instead of drop cloths and ladders.
Typical jobs: a full repaint before a lease renewal or move-in, a refresh of reception and common areas, or a suite repaint after a tenant leaves.
Shift times agreed before the job starts, so nobody is surprised on Monday.
Only part of the office is out of use, in an order you choose.
Desks, chairs and equipment covered in place. We'll tell you at the site visit what needs clearing.
Work areas cleaned and furniture put back at the end of every shift.
The same six rules apply whether it’s an office floor, a store or a seniors’ residence.
Zones in an agreed order, so entrances, exits and critical rooms stay open and you can tell staff exactly what closes when.
After-hours shifts when daytime work would disrupt staff, customers or residents. Hours are agreed in your quote.
Every shift ends with materials stored and floors cleared. Nothing is left in corridors overnight.
Marked work zones, ladders and materials kept out of exit routes, and your building's sign-in and site rules followed.
The owner is involved in every project, and you get daily updates on what's finished and what's next.
Brush and roller for most walls; commercial spray painting for large open areas, ceilings, doors and metal.
Most Ottawa property managers and facility teams ask for these before a contractor starts. Ask any painter you’re comparing for the same.
Our workplace insurance account with WSIB is active. Ask for a current clearance certificate with your quote.
A certificate of insurance is available on request for property managers, condo boards and commercial clients.
If your building has a designated substances or hazardous materials survey, please share it with us before work that disturbs existing surfaces.
Comparing painters? Our guide to the questions to ask before hiring a painting contractor covers what to ask any painter before you sign.
Five steps, set out zone by zone in your quote.
We walk the property with you: surfaces, condition, heights, access, hours and building rules.
Scope, products, coats, phasing and working hours, ready for internal approval.
Dates and phase order agreed, with a schedule you can forward to staff or tenants.
Each zone protected, painted and cleaned, with a daily update on what's done and what's next.
We inspect each area with you, fix anything missed and hand it back ready to use.
Timelines depend on the size of the space, access and the hours available. We set them out zone by zone in your quote.

I recently hired Paintegrity Pro for a full interior repaint and I couldn't be happier with the results. We went from dark, dated colors to fresh, light neutrals throughout, and the transformation is honestly stunning — the whole house feels brighter and bigger. The quality of the work speaks for itself: perfectly smooth walls, razor-sharp cut lines along the ceilings and trim, and not a single drip or spot of paint anywhere on the hardwood floors. He also painted all the baseboards and doors, which came out with a beautiful, smooth, professional-grade finish — they look brand new. Everything was properly prepped, patched, and cleaned up like they were never there. What impressed me most was the turnaround. I was on a very tight deadline and they delivered the entire job faster than I thought possible, without ever cutting corners. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the level of quality — great value all around. Professional, honest, and detail-oriented from start to finish. I would recommend Paintegrity Pro to anyone without hesitation.Posted on Google

Exceptional quality and professionalism! We recently hired Paintegrity Pro to paint our house as we were getting ready to sell it, and the results are absolute perfection. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. He prepped everything meticulously, finished right on schedule, and left the workspace spotless. Finding reliable and skilled contractors can be tough, but Paintegrity Pro truly exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for top-tier painting service in the area, look no further. Highly recommended!Posted on Google

Mohsen and his team were extremely responsive and, due to our tight timeliness, rearranged their schedule to prep and stain our fence and cabana. When we needed help deciding on a stain, he bought the Sherwin-Williams rep to our home to provide samples and ultimately created a stain colour for us. They then worked tirelessly and completed the work in advance of our plant and garden delivery. I highly recommend Mohsen and his team.Posted on Google

We needed the top level of our old house painted. Ottawa painting was pretty good and got us booked, quoted and house painted in just a few days. I would recommended them to family and friends.Posted on Google
